AL 63 - Ole Miss 17
This game was pretty much over at halftime, as we jumped out to a 49-3 lead on the Rebels. Our offense was firing on all cylinders and our defense was stifling. Good showing on both sides of the ball for sure.

Nebraska defeats UCLA. Game was much closer than the score indicates. UCLA could not overcome the turnover bug and both teams had trouble moving the ball with just a couple extended drives each.
I logged each drive during the game. So that will be my write-up.
QB Stanton played the whole game, but was hardly a threat. Under 100 yards passing, he may be benched in the next game.

Mizzou Stuns No. 10 Bulldogs
No, the OTHER Bulldogs.
Missouri 24, Mississippi State 17
Mississippi State came into Week 5 with its highest A.P. ranking in decades, but fell to the unranked Missouri Tigers on their home turf.
The home Bulldogs took a 17-7 lead into halftime, and looked likely to extend their stay in the top 10 for another week. But the Missouri Tigers had other plans.
Fresh off a tough loss at Alabama, Missouri put together its most complete game of the season, dominating both lines of scrimmage from the 3rd quarter on to complete an early season sweep of the state of Mississippi.
Coach Mustard's new RB-by-committee system appears to have injected life into the Tigers' rushing attack. Sophomore RB Walter Talley, recently relegated to a bench role, rushed for a career high 8.4 yards per carry en route to 93 yards, while his battery mate Damon Dowdell added a tidy 65 yards on 11 carries.
Senior QB Trent Hosick, a first-year starter, also turned in a stand-out performance under center, completing 21 of 28 passes for 210 yards, 2 TDS, and — critically — no INTs.
More importantly, a new-look defensive line — a team strength for the last 5 years — finally found its groove, racking up 4 sacks by 4 different players, and stifling the Mississippi State run game.
The Tigers improve to 2-1 in conference play with the upset win.
Next up for Missouri: a home date against unranked Vanderbilt before a critical SEC East battle against No. 20 Georgia.
