AALoA Weekly: 09/23 Edition

MoneyNades volunteered to keep an active game week advance thread going himself. Once his schedule normalizes, I will drop these advance posts.

I'm curious how the game felt sliders-wise. Two major injuries is surprising considered the Injury slider was actually lowered to 45.

Educate yourself

Last week we covered 4th down rules. This week I want to remind you about Depth Charts.

>> Players must play in their intended positions.
>> No Speed RB at FB.
>> No WRs at RB or TE.
>> Package subs built into the formation are allowed.

Multiple Defense is considered a 3-4 defense. If you want to use a 4-3 defense, set your depth chart for a 3-4 and use the 'LB Pass Rush' formation sub.
>> 3-4 DEs must be 280 lbs or heavier.
>> 4-3 DEs must be 280 lbs or heavier to play DT.
>> 3-4 OLBs can be 4-3 DEs and vice versa.
>> 4-3 OLBs can be 3-4 OLB or 3-4 MLB. 4-3 OLBs cannot be DEs.
>> The ONLY exceptions are real NFL players who are as 3-4 DEs in their Madden Scheme/Traits.
(Sub packages do not count towards this rule. Only depth charts, formation subs, and manual substitutions.)

The Steelers user was removed from the league abruptly, as they used a lobby style offense and spammed the same plays left and right.
The following day, the Jaguars quit without a word.

Kiper's Korner

With major injuries to Aaron Rodgers and Todd Gurley, one has to wonder if their respective teams are scouring their draft boards to see options to add reliable depth if their backups are unable to carry the team. Jarrett Stidham, Drew Lock, and Will Greer might be options for the Pack. The Rams don't really rely on the rushing game as Posky is a deep ball maestro, and they could find value in Devin Singletary or Myles Gaskin.
