Ok folks.  I believe it to be done.  Please read through all of the Rules thread.  I've made some major changes both in content and formatting.

It should be MUCH easier to jump through them too if you need to answer a question quick, such as, "What are the 4th down rules again?" Each section is self contained in a expandable/collapsible window.

Key changes:
Twitch/YouTube integration
3 defenders must rush the QB at all times. No spying 1 and rushing 2 or less.
Major reorganization and formatting.
QB Sneak banned (In limited testing I haven't seen it fail once)
No huddle detailed: Cannot snap the ball until under 30 seconds on playclock (with caveats)
Tried to remove some of the redundant things.

Still flexible on trades. I'm willing to discuss exceptions to allow higher rated players to be moved. But keep in mind, the NFL is fueled by the Draft and Free Agency. Not the trade market.

Let me know if I missed anything major.  Please keep all your comments and ideas to this thread.

And then only post your agreement to abide by the rules under the actual Rules thread. When I ultimately send out franchise invites, you will not receive one until you agree to the rules.  Thanks.

Not to late to join. Just wait around and commissioner the_EDJ should pop in on the chatbox or you could send a PM to him and he should get back to you in due time. Always nice to have new members for our Madden league.
