Last week, Mission and Illmatic played one of the most intense games I've seen in Madden since my own game versus Squirrel. Seriously, what a matchup that took every second of overtime to decide.

With his disappearance from the forum, and having not played a league game in over two weeks, yoscotty_ has been removed from the league.

League Suspension: Drew Brees and Jimmy Graham are suspended for 1 week. This suspension is being levied as a result of x-Zydecajun rage quitting on Capeman in their game last week. Any form of rage quitting can easily be grounds of dismissal from the league. Being guaranteed the loss and the suspension are alternatives this week. Let this serve as a warning to everyone. Don't force games if you don't have the time to play an hour uninterrupted. And NEVER quit a game.

Both users are leading their divisions. Commando has proven to be a great developer of young talent (Teddy Bridgewater anyone?) and boasts complete ownage of the packed NFC North. Mission is undefeated, but has been given an easier road in the AFC with fewer user teams. His scouting led him to an absolute stud of a gem tearing up secondaries (Olajuwon Murphey). Both users have been game of the week recently, and we can only hope that this one lives up to the precedents set by these two users looking to make a Super Bowl run.

Jesus Christ if you wanna see some high quality CPU cheat-and-do-whatever-it-takes-to-win strategy watch my game. This game was fixed from the start. Superhero Matt Ryan couldn't throw an incomplete pass if I dreamt about it. Then I'm up 3 in the final minute, CPU on their own 1 gets sacked for a safety, 22-17 Packers. Ball game, right? Oh nonononno. Ensuing safety punt-off & as soon as I catch it I realize 'oh shit wouldnt it be hilarious if I fumble here let me just lay dow---OH FUCK HE FUCKING FUMBLED YOU MOTHERFUCKER'.

Luckily, Matty Ice marched down to my goal line and threw a pick. If I lost I may have been in the market for a new controller & TV tomorrow.

That game VS Mission was a classic. Sad to have lost, but we've had some great games over the years of Madden. Our AFC Title game was a good one last season too.

Upon illmatic's return, the Texans squeak by New England 10-7 on a FG as time expired. Seemed like a game of few possessions and neither offense could get anything going. Brandon Kay got the QB start and the plans was to run the ball and run the red option, but the Pats snuffed it out almost every time. Kay was an efficient 19/24 but threw a costly interception to end the first half in the redzone.

Brady went 8/9 before leaving the game with an injury. Hoyer came in and threw a deep TD bomb in the 4th quarter to make things very interesting. Arian Foster wenr 11/62yds and backup Antone Smith 9/38yards. Texans controlled the clock and used their stout defense to pull out the win.

I will be gone until Monday morning for work so don't wait for me next week.

Remaining Games:
Bears vs Lions -- Will be played this afternoon.
Saints vs Jaguars -- Zydecajun can play the CPU as Demon had to go on auto-pilot.
Chargers vs CPU -- Ken where you at?

Bears relent their game long lead in the 4th quarter to the Lions only to go on a long, time consuming drive to kick a FG as time expires to snatch the win away from the Lions.

Megatron had his typical ridiculous stat line. But the difference-maker was Charles Tillman, as Peanut recorded three interceptions on the day to stall early Lion drives.
