-- Fixed blocking logic for screens, options, etc
-- Sprint button replaced with "Speed Burst" for jumping through holes after cutting
-- Realistic jukes requiring proper deceleration
-- Realistic stiff arm
-- More realistic AI play-calling for CPU opponents who adapt better to situations
-- MOST EXCITING OF ALL (/sarcasm) EA is squeezing in an "Ultimate Team" mode like in Madden, FIFA, and NHL. I wonder if they'll get sued for that too...

Don't know how this will work if you can't use "real names" or anything. Of course there was the recent ruling that NCAA Players can earn money from endorsement deals. I wonder if this is their workaround...

Dynasty - May 28th
Will they follow the Madden route with how they did Connected Careers (and butcher the experience in the process)? What improvements do you expect?

Play a Season - June 17th
Probably just Dynasty without the recruiting or coaching aspects.

July 9th, wow, thats a full 2 months before the season... pretty soon we will be kicking off our dyansty during spring ball...

the madden gameplay was significantly improved this past year, so I am looking forward to NCAA implementing in '14...

Good write up EDJ I was gonna post something in here but you got to it nice work.As far as the game it seems cool what their doing but it also is EA so I'm not getting my hopes up to much but finally something to look forward to for NCAA football

Updated info above. Last year the demo released the first week of June. Expect a similar timeframe for this year. It usually coincides with the E3 trade show. They'll likely also be showing off the XBOX 720 and PS4 around that time. Exciting times.

Today, EA released their Dynasty playbook to share what they have updated or changed. Depending on what you liked and disliked about the mode, the biggest change may be in coaching skills which I think is awesome. How your coach progresses, you buy skills to help progress players in different attribute categories or boost recruiting efforts.

Recruiting has been reshuffled. They removed the calls, which I liked for the most part. Now you alot points to recruits and hope for the best. Kinda shitty in theory, I am wondering how it would work in practice. As of yet, EA hasn't released their only details. So there could be more, but it's unlikely.

The only playbook left is "Play a Season" which is likely just a bare bones feature to play the 2013 schedule with your favorite team.

Luvtotha9s and his excellent custom rosters will not be making a return to NCAA Football 14. Shame, he always went above and beyond and his ratings adjustments always made sense the way he balanced the teams and gave each player their personality.
