2016 Custom Roster File with new rookies/FA signings

I downloaded a roster this weekend that had an updated depth chart. It was accurate for the Bears and Broncos at least, and allowed me to put a beatdown on my little cousin since Paxton Lynch is such trash... king

The rookie rating scale he used seemed pretty balanced.
