Sony has unveiled plans to implement an open Beta phase for Playstation Now. Starting July 31st, PS4 owners will be able to play games via the streaming service. Pricing is unannounced, and the service will then roll out to PS3 owners, Vita owners, and then Sony TV owners.

Launch Titles
Over 100 PS3 games streamed to your PS4.
Highlights include God of War: Ascension, Ultra Street Fighter 4, and Dead Space 3. The service will ultimately offer PS2, PSOne, and PS Mini titles as well. No word on Vita or PSP games as far as I can tell.
