Each member starts off as the Head Coach of the team of their choice. The goal of this Dynasty is to allow everyone to play with their favorite team or alma mater, etc. The other appeal of this type of Dynasty is the casual pace of the advance schedule. Also, with the ability to customize the schedule and bowl tie-ins, we will still have a minimum amount of user games and hopefully arrange it so that there is a better chance of users meeting in bowl games. The casual pace allows you to play with your favorite team, control both sides of the ball, be in contention for BCS bowls games from the jump, and recruiting will not take a backseat to getting games in. At the 4-5 day advance and if we start in early September, we could potentially complete 4-5 seasons.
