I just dont see the reason for this deal. All you will do is mess up your cap numbers. Packers would get faster and a bit younger, but thats about it.

It's more of a personal preference. Would make the game a little more fun. The vikings add a player who joined them in real life and packers as you mentioned get faster and younger. It also let's both of us move on from these players, as they have departed the teams in real life. Both teams can handle the cap hits and in the long term save 3 million each.
