Gentlemen, part of what makes this league a little bit different than AALOA is that I don't believe in putting tight restrictions on trading. By that, I mean I don't like having anyone off-limits because of their ratings. Part of the fun of running a team is playing GM. I also don't want to turn this into an all-out fantasy league either.

Important Points

1) Cap Penalties: Talk_of_NY posted a great link
HERE. Cap penalties are huge. If you have trouble understanding, let me know and I will explain how they work. Players with large bonuses should probably not be moved, because they will cripple your money for the future.

2) The Future: Keep in mind we are doing 5+ seasons. Imagine you have millions of dollars invested in your franchise.

3) Trade Committee: When a deal is agreed upon, please make a post. Post the name, overall, and contracts of the players involved. Myself, DemonX5136, and SquirrelHunter will look over the trade for approval. Please provide a justification for your trade (Ex: I need a speed back and he needs a MLB. I have a loaded linebacking core and he needs a playmaker on offense). We aren't here to be hard-asses with trades, but please understand I can't let guys (especially new players who I don't know as well) dismantle their teams, in case they are booted or leave the league.

4) DO NOT make the trade on the PS3 until I say the trade is approved. Doing so will result in an infraction

Oh my bad bro, me and Patriots owner made a trade without knowing. Trade was DE Mathis and 3rd round pick for TE Hernandez...Do we need to reverse it then resubmit to the Trade Committee?

I realize it was my mistake for not posting this sooner. I will check out the deal tonight but it seems fair in my eyes. I am most concerned with salary cap implications. Thanks for letting me know.
