2015 Season - Week 7
Figured I'd post a bit of a throwback video this week. Also got some unfortunate news. Demon had some extra stuff come up in life that he's juggling. He can't be active in the league at the moment. Of course life comes first, but I'll leave him on auto-pilot for the time being.
The Giants owner, ArguelloWins up and left the league without a single word. That really irks me. Have the decency to say something. The Bills owner did the same thing after pouting about free agency before the season even started.
Season Spotlights
This is my last time posting about needing nominees, then they'll be locked for the year.

Eagles user Zydecajun may be dropping from the league shortly with small chance to return near the end of the year.
I'll probably post a few recruiting threads once we reach the playoffs.

A good matchup in the AFC where YtBalla is turning David Fales into a Cenderella story. Cut by the Bears for being a noodle arm, Yt has him connecting with DeAndre Hopkins all over the field. Will Suh be able to face stomp Fales out of the game?
Week 8 opens Wednesday night.

Browns defeat Rams 31-7! Another strong defensive game as Todd Gurley was held to 21 yards on 8 rushing attempts. Justin Gilbert had a touch down saving 97 yard IND TD solidifying his #2 spot over Tramon Williams. I will be adding more tonight after class and the gym. Browns move to 7-0!

Dolphins come up big in 2nd half of a statement game vs a strong Houston Texans team.
Miami jumped out to a quick 10-0 lead led by a 76 yd catch & run by Jordan Cameron. That 10-0 lead quickly became a 16-10 Houston lead led by Arian Foster's powerful runs to the outside. In what could have been an idiotic & costly move before halftime, Miami decided to try & take a shot at the endzone with 6 seconds left and completed a pass to rookie standout WR Devante Parker inside the 10 but time expired.
At halftime, Ndamakong Suh must have decided enough was enough & inspired the defense around him as it was a completely different Dolphin defense that took the field. Arian Foster had to have run for 90 yards in the first half---he wouldn't gather the 10 yards needed to crack 100 yards on the day in the 2nd half. Suh also led the way with 7 tackles & 4 sacks to completely shut down the Texan offense on the ground and in the air.
The Dolphin offense was inspired by the play of their defense as Lamar Miller carved out some tough yardage on the ground vs a brutal front 7 & Ryan Tannehill turned in a stellar & accurate performance throwing for 391 yds, 3 TDs, and 2 INTs. Jarvis Landry & Jordan Cameron led the way with over 100 yds receiving each but it was rookie WR Parker with some incredible plays, including a big TD.
Miami credits the win to the defense buckling down in the 2nd half and committing to stopping Foster's outside rushing attack and even committing to their own run game with Lamar Miller despite having minimal success on the ground.
Back to back big victories for the Dolphins have them in a good spot at 5-1 with 2 divisional games up next.

Madden Mimmicks Real Life
In another instance of Madden mimicking real life, the Steelers go on the road, play a team from the state of Missouri, win a game with a lackluster performance but the main story coming out is the loss of one of the Big 3. The AALoA version of the Steelers traveled to Kansas City and slept walked through a 20-14 victory over the Chiefs to remain undefeated. The story, though, is that Le'Veon Bell was injured and will be out of the lineup for at least 4 weeks with what is being reported as an abdominal tear.

Advance is tonight. I'll check any remaining games when I get home from work after 8 pm Central. If all games are done, Pitt can advance if he gets on earlier.
With PS4's 3.0 update, I'll be creating an AALoA Community page. More on the 3.0 update later. It adds a ton, like YouTube streaming and more online storage.
