Bears nominees:
Offensive PotY
WR Alshon Jeffery
With defending Offensive PotY Mario Jeter restricted from nomination, and the regression of Matt Forte and uncertainty of new starter J.T. Lofton, it's Alshon Jeffery's chance to shine. Especially without the shadow of Brandon Marshall to worry about.
Defensive PotY
OLB Santario Harrison
The reigning Defensive Rookie of the Year has a new position, and a new side of the field to wreck havoc from. The hope is Suh commands double teams at DE, and Harrison exploits one on one matchups with TEs and RBs for easy sacks.
Rookie otY
DE Deshaun Savoie
Savoie has immense talent, something Chicago didn't expect when they drafted him to backup Suh, Houston, and Tuitt. He'll push for starting time earlier rather than later if he can develop quickly enough.
Free Agent Signing otY
CB Justin Gilbert
A bit of a luxury signing to replace the departed Tim Jennings. With his confidence shaken, Gilbert couldn't win a starting job yet, but will soon replace Culliver in the top unit once he regains his depth chart spot. His speed and coverage skills should scare opposing offenses. Top 3 receivers will struggle to break off the line of scrimmage against Chicago this year.

Offensive PotY: QB Peyton Manning
Fresh out of retirement, Peyton hasn't lost a step. Jaguars coaching staff look to coast off of his leadership and passing abilities. Expecting a big year and a playoff appearance from Mr. Manning,
Defensive PotY: DB Davian Huval
Now entering his third year and having a nicely developed supporting cast on defense, Davian looks to get more opportunities on defense and hopefully lots of picks.
Rookie otY: TE Wilson Pederson
Drafted in the 1st round, Wilson looks to be the go-to-guy for Peyton Manning and will be so. At 6'7" he is a big target and hard to miss. His giant a** hands will make catching the ball look effortless. His impact this season should be good enough to see him steal an award.
FA Signing oty: WR Brandon Marshall

Vikings nominees:
Offensive PotY
QB Teddy Bridgewater
If we can keep the INT's down, he should be in for a very good season. Ended up in the top 5 in passing yards last year, if we can convert some of those picks into TD's this train might get back on track.
Defensive PotY
DE Ziggy Ansah
Coming in to replace an aging Brian Robison, Ansah possesses the speed off the edge the Dline sorely needed. Along with 2 new DT's, the Dline should bring plenty of pressure this year.
Rookie otY
CB Paul Jamison
With freakish spead and fastastic coverage skills, the only thing Jamison needs is playing time and experience to bump his awareness up and he will be a top corner in the league very quickly.
Free Agent Signing otY
WR Antonio Brown
After sitting through 3 rounds of FA with no offers at hand, the Vikings came in and swooped him up for a bargain price compared to what he was asking for. Worried that Yakov was going to be the main coverage focus it was important to get another solid receiver to complement Mr. Hayes and Antonio is more than solid.

Offensive POTY: Sammy Watkins
2nd in receiving yards last year and pro-bowler. Now has a solid WR corps in Marvin Jones, Mike Wallace, and Cody Latimer to prevent double teams and allow the offense to improve from last year
Defensive POTY: Marcell Dareus
Coming off a 5 game injury last year, Dareus is slated to return to ideal this form working in his familiarized 4-3 base defense. The pressure is no longer on him to function as a nose tackle which will definitely contribute to the bigger plays he was known for.
Rookie of the Year: Artavious Chaney
One of the fastest rookies in the draft and the shortest (at 5'7") wide receiver, Chaney was the last pick for the Bills, selected on a whim for his small stature by the sick humor and curiosity of the Bills' owner despite having zero scouting intel on the prospect. A strong pre-season performance has already shown the strong sides of his speed, but is currently functioning on special teams as a punt returner.
Free Agent of the Year: Justin Tuck
Sitting at LE this year in the 4-3 base defense, Tuck replaces a huge missing piece of the Bills team last year, Mario Williams. Now part of one of the most vicious lines in the league, Tuck enters this season determined to show that his age still isn't holding him back from being an impact player.

Offensive POTY: Aaron Rodgers
The obvious choice. Aaron returns with a vengeance to prove he's still elite despite being snubbed for OPOTY last season. The weapons around Aaron continue to evolve & he'll need to take full advantage of them if the Packers want to return to the NFC Championship.
Defensive POTY: HaHa Clinton-Dix
Somehow, a 26-yr old safety in his prime regressed a few points . HHCD is the Centerfielder of the Packer defense & looks to take away any ball that is lobbed his way. He'll need to elevate his game to make up for the losses of Sam Shields & Morgan Burnett in the secondary.
Rookie of the Year: WR Redmond
Redmond has all the tools to be the next superstar Packers WR. While he may see limited playing time this season he will undoubtedly show his potential to take over and become Rodgers' top target in the future.
Free Agent of the Year: Terrell Suggs
The Ball SO Hard University Alum now resides in Green Bay. His responsibilities are solely to wreak havoc vs the run & attack the QB. He'll need to prove his worth immediately in the absence of Clay Matthews.

Offensive POTY: Cam newton
Cam was big strides last year and now with a stable full of weapons he will continue putting up good numbers.
Defensive POTY: Navassa Bray
Hard hitter and great coverage skills. Now has the support to do more ballhawking this season.
Rookie of the Year: DE P.L. Pruitt
Drafted in the later rounds he is already a starter. With good finesse and power moves should be able to rack up some sacks. Also pretty fast for a big guy
Free Agent of the Year: LE Mario Williams
Williams is brought in to bring veteran support but can have and impact with all the inexperienced DE currently on the team.
