Season 4: Week 2
Little Hurricane - Haunted Heart
Wow! A legitimate early advance, more than 24 hours even! Way to go guys. It's so sweet to see the season start with such great momentum (minus the CPU losses to the stupid Steelers haha).
GrimmAtLaw, x--Nike, THE_GHOST_1NSIDE, Posky, and capeman0623, please take a moment to nominate a few players from your team in the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. DemonX5136, you opted not to, even though I really wish you would. We'll vote on the users at the end of the season.
Suspension: Eagles RB Denard Robinson. Week 1 I'm missing the archived stream. In a blowout, Denard Robinson had 3 TDs. The 4th down conversion may or may not be an issue. There's no way to see when it took place because there's no stream. Robinson needs to be completely benched in all phases of the game for your Week 2 opponent.
Again, let this serve as a reminder about stat padding, intentional or not. If you've got a victory in hand versus the CPU, remember the stats threshold for benching players when they reach certain landmarks. Earn your big games versus other user opponents.
With EA servers being complete ass for the 2nd time in a week, the rest of this post will have to wait.
*Edited by Commando because apparently West Coast is the Best Coast, no server issues for me!

The Champ vs the newbie. CPU Raiders spent lots of money in the offseason and take the field with new leadership while Mission sets his sights on another Super Bowl run. In the first of 2 divisional matchups to come, this one looks like fun.

The Chicago Bears traveled to the Pacific Northwest to overcome the loudest fans in the league, along with a smog of funny smoke. The story again centers around Mario Jeter's sophomore slump. Throwing a pick on the first play of the second half, and fumbling away the ball while scrambling in scoring position, Jeter has really hurt the Bears more than help them this season. Maybe it was that wacky tabaccky in the air making him so relaxed with the ball. Or maybe it's a case a Rex Grossman syndrome?
Thankfully the team still has full faith in Jeter who scrambled for a TD run late to put the Bears up 5, and completed a 2 point conversion to take a 7 point lead. On the ensuing kickoff, 2nd year OLB Jarrell Peters cleaned Jeremy Lane's clock like a Gronk Spike, and picked up his own forced fumble to seal the game. Phew!

Tim Jennings came up big with a huge INT in the end zone to end a Seahawks drive, only to later have a mind lapse of his own getting beat downfield for a TD bomb despite a 12 yard head start.Thankfully the team still has full faith in Jeter who scrambled for a TD run late to put the Bears up 5, and completed a 2 point conversion to take a 7 point lead. Packers fall in San Fran 31-20 and lose star Cobb for the next 2 games. A strong start that led to a 7-0 lead quickly vanished as SF found themselves up 28-7 following another huge kick return TD to open the 2nd half, the 2nd return TD allowed by Green Bay in 2 games.
Green Bay gets their home opener next week vs archrival Chicago Bears.
