Season 1: Playoffs: Wildcard Round Open

Well we finally made it!  Seventeen weeks into the season and we have a playoff slate teeming with usual faces, and a few new faces to spice things up. Five longtime users stake early claims to playoff seeds. One longtime user makes his first run to the playoffs. Finally, 3 new users find themselves with the big boys along with 3 CPU teams (watch out!). The Colts had an auto-pilot game all tee'd up for them versus the Auto-Pilot Titans, and didn't play the game. The CPU Titans defeated the Andrew Luck-less Colts, and based on tie-breakers snuck in to the Playoffs. Wowza.

For the five of you on the outside looking in, you still have plenty of options to entertain yourselves during the following week. Play some MUT. It's really good this year, both versus CPU challenges, and versus other users in "Seasons" games.  If that's not your cup of tea, [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] is still amazing and going strong with the December DLC being detailed this week. If you're feeling poor(or just cheap) like myself, the new Share Play feature on the PS4 is awesome! Anybody on your friends list can let you take over their console and play any games they own via the internet, even if you never bought it. On top of that, you both can play with/versus each other via a games local co-op modes. How cool is that?! If anyone wants to get in a game of NBA 2K15 for example, just start a Party and invite a person to Share Play to play you. No fussing with 2kSports' awful servers dropping.  It only lasts an hour at a time, but there's no limit to how many times you can set it up.  MLB 14: The Show had terrible online servers this Spring, Share Play offers less lag in gameplay making it possible to play actual user vs user games. If there's a game you want to try before you buy it, just ask a buddy who already owns it. They just have to be present to set it up the invite.

Bears jump out to a quick 10-0 lead and hold on to defeat the Vikings taking the season series 2-1, and moving on in the Playoffs. Jay Cutler was near perfect on the day, his QB Ratings was perfect. The only blemish was a fumble coughed up on a sack.

Matt Forte was a monster, average nearly 10 yards per carry. The Vikings made it interesting early, with a barrage of deep balls being way more open than expected. But without their 2nd and 3rd best offensive playmakers, they just didn't have enough.
