Are You In or Out?

So...Madden NFL 15 is less than 2 months away.

I'm just curious to see who has still been visiting the forum, and gauge everyone's interest in running through a franchise mode. There's also the glaring issue of a split console-base of PS4 users and PS3 users.

Where I stand, I'm a PS4 user, and I plan on running a PS4 franchise. BUT, it may not be the traditional franchise that I usually run. I'm thinking about focusing on the quality of the user in the league, and not pushing to have a 32 team league. We'll see how things go.

I'm more than willing to set up a PS3 section of the forum for anyone who is not throwing money down on a new console. The PS3 users will have to decide on a commissioner and the scope of the league and run it on their own. But I'd hate to see any late adopters not have a place to experience an annual franchise mode.

I'd get into a PS3 league if we have enough people interested. I'm going off to college in the fall and I need to save money for that. Can't fork up $400 for a PS4

I'm out. Don't see myself getting a PS4 for a while, so I'll probably take a break this year. Last year's PS3 game wasn't great, and I can't imagine they're going to put a whole lot of effort into improving last gen now.

I haven't made a final decision yet, but as of now I would be out for the PS4 franchise. If there does end up being a PS3 franchise that is worthwhile, I would consider it (but to be honest, I don't see that happening without EDJ running it).

checking in periodically, but with how busy it was for M25 on the homefront I really don't anticipate that changing. If I get that madden at all it most likely will be primarily to play ultimate mode and maybe a chise at my own pace. either way most likely not getting involved in anything official with a concrete advance schedule this time.

I don't think I'll get a PS4 any time soon. As for the PS3 version I'll wait and see if this year's version is improved or basically just a roster update. If the new PS3 version is significantly better than M25 I'll buy it, if not I'll sit out this year.
Typically, I would expect EA to just try to improve the PS4 version and don't put a lot of effort into the PS3 version.

I'm in for the PS4.  

A smaller quality group would be better IMO instead of pushing for a full league with people that quit after 5 games anyways, as long as it doesn't die out after a season or two.

What is the $40 of added value in the Ultimate Edition? Some MUT junk?

Just kidding. It's a bit eerie, I was going through past Madden franchises recently and started wondering whatever happened to you, you were one of the most active posters in those old franchises. Then bam, you show up. It's like you have ESPN or something...

Yea the life of working full time & attending college & grad school cut a lot of things out. Should have time and interest for a league this year although its light years ahead of the basic Madden 12 online franchise so I've got a lot of catching up to do
